Job summary

PT Kreatifitas Sinergisme Teknoindo (KST) is seeking a Project Officer to coordinate mystery shopper projects for our global market research clients. The role emphasizes English communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong administrative and project coordination skills.

You will assign mystery shoppers, recruit resources, liaise with participants via phone and email, and ensure data and reports meet project guidelines on time.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English at CEFR B2 or higher with confidence speaking with native speakers.
• Strong written and spoken English ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

As a Project Officer, you will play a key role in managing mystery shopper projects for our global market research client.
