Job summary

Requirements include CEFR B2 English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a multicultural setting. Night shifts are required, with preference for someone based in Yogyakarta.

Qualifications

• CEFR B2 English or higher with confident communication.
• Experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to schedules.
• Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate shopper/auditor assignments and recruit resources as needed.
• Contact and negotiate with shoppers/auditors for assignments.
• Review reports and surveys for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Keep projects organized and delivered on time.
