IBM Consulting Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager: SAP HANA to lead SAP HANA implementation programs from initiation to go-live. You will manage vendor contracts, oversee testing and deployment, and report progress to executives, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Your role and responsibilities

As a seasoned Project Manager: SAP HANA (SAP Program Manager), you will lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop and Execute Project Plans: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful project delivery. This includes managing project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.

• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.

• Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery and quality assurance.

• Ensure Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to meet business objectives and customer needs.

• Communicate Project Progress: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective project management.

Required technical and professional expertise

• SAP Implementation Expertise: Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP consulting, program management, or enterprise transformation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale and complex SAP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.

• Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors. Proven ability to manage teams of 20+ resources across multiple workstreams.

• Project & Program Management: Strong expertise in project planning, execution, resource management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and governance to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders, third-party vendors, and contractual relationships while maintaining delivery quality and project objectives.

• Quality Assurance & Testing: Experience overseeing testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and operational standards.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP HANA Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HANA products, including their features, functionality, and implementation best practices. Experience with SAP HANA product roadmaps and release cycles is beneficial.

• Agile Project Methodologies: Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in applying these methodologies to SAP HANA implementation projects.

• IT Service Management: Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience in applying these frameworks to ensure high-quality SAP HANA solutions and services.

• Certification: One or more of the following certifications is highly preferred: SAP Certifications, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.
