Job summary

Dekoruma sedang mencari Manajer Proyek untuk mengelola pengembangan toko dari persiapan lokasi, desain, konstruksi, renovasi hingga serah terima dan pembukaan toko di West Jakarta. Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan Operasi, Desain, Pengadaan, Keuangan, GA, dan tim terkait lainnya untuk kelancaran eksekusi proyek.

Tugas mencakup pemantauan timeline, anggaran, kualitas, serta kemajuan konstruksi, supervisi kontraktor dan vendor, inspeksi situs berkala, identifikasi risiko, serta penyusunan

Qualifications

• Pengalaman 2–4 tahun dalam manajemen proyek ritel/kontruksi interior.
• Pengalaman membangun/renovasi toko ritel sangat diutamakan.
• Pemahaman konstruksi bangunan, interior fit-out, MEP, dan eksekusi proyek.
• Kemampuan koordinasi proyek, manajemen timeline, dan budgeting.
• Mampu mengelola beberapa proyek dan vendor secara bersamaan.
• Siap melakukan perjalanan bisnis rutin dan kunjungan situs.

Responsibilities

• Kelola proyek pengembangan toko dari awal hingga pembukaan.
• Koordinasi dengan tim internal terkait untuk kelancaran eksekusi.
• Monitor timeline, anggaran, kualitas, dan progres konstruksi.
• Supervisi kontraktor, vendor, dan pemasok.
• Kunjungi situs secara rutin dan atasi risiko operasional.
• Dokumentasikan proyek, izin, dan laporan serah terima.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage end-to-end store development projects, from site preparation, design coordination, construction, renovation, until store handover and opening.


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operation, Design, Procurement, Finance, GA, and other related teams) to ensure project execution runs smoothly.


• Monitor project timeline, budget, quality, and construction progress to ensure all deliverables meet company standards.


• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout the project.


• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.


• Identify potential project risks, delays, and operational issues, and proactively provide solutions.


• Ensure all project documentation, permits, handover reports, and administrative requirements are properly maintained.


• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to the Operation Team.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Project Management, Retail Development, Construction, or Interior Fit-Out.


• Experience handling retail store construction, renovation, or expansion projects is highly preferred.


• Good understanding of building construction, interior fit-out, MEP, and project execution.


• Strong project coordination, timeline management, and budgeting skills.


• Able to manage contractors, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.


• Willing to conduct regular business trips and site visits as required.
