Job summary

APP Group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced ERP/SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations across manufacturing and supply chain, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors on site in Serpong.

You will manage timelines, risks, and governance, drive change management, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP/ERP project management experience.
• Proven SAP rollout, migration, or transformation experience.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including senior management.
• Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Serpong, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ERP and automation project activities, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business users, consultants, and vendors.
• Support ERP implementation projects across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies with governance.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Prepare regular project updates for management.
• Support change management, user readiness, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and system integrations.
• Act as internal focal point during consultant-led implementations.

What is Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, ERP project management, PMO, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in SAP rollout, implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to manufacturing operations, mills, production, logistics, or supply chain processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including senior management, business users, consultants, and vendors.
• Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced project environments.
• Willing to work on-site in Serpong, South Tangerang
