Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Indonesia seeks a driven professional to lead digital transformation initiatives. You will drive manufacturing improvement projects, act as a digitalization and cybersecurity ambassador, and push AI and RPA across operations and offices.

With 2+ years in software development and strong .NET/SQL, you will collaborate with IT and HQ to implement global KPIs, while delivering full lifecycle digital solutions. Hybrid work and strong growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years leading multidisciplinary digitalization projects.
• Hands-on development in software or services.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework and SQL Server.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Python, Laravel; mobile and web apps.
• Experience with Agile development and DevOps/CI-CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing improvement projects beyond digitalization initiatives.

• Serve as cybersecurity ambassador and governance in operation.
• Drive AI implementation across operations and office.
• Collaborate with HQ to implement global KPIs and top-down projects.
• Develop digital solutions through full lifecycle: testing, managing, enhancing, and optimizing software.
• Spearhead RPA, SAP scripting and Python automation initiatives.
• Manage IT/OT data around manufacturing processes and network infrastructure with IT.
• Collaborate closely with the IT department.

• Leading manufacturing improvement projects beyond digitalization initiatives
• Serving as digitalization ambassador and manage project related to the topic
• Serving as cybersecurity ambassador and maintain topic related CYS governance in operation
• Driving AI impelementation and project acrros the operation and office
• Collaboration with HQ to implement global KPI's and execution of top-down strategic project
• Developing digital solution through full lifecycle management : testing, managing, an enhancing optimizing software solutions.
• Spearheading Robotic Process Automation (RPA). SAP Scripting and Phyton automation initiatives.
• Manage IT/OT data around the manufacture process determine the netwrok infrastrucute with IT
• Collaborating closely with the IT department.

Your defining qualities:

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or a relevant technical field, or an equivalent level of practical experience.
• Experience of leading high scope and multidisciplinary project (related to digitalization, and process improvement)
• Experience as business analyis of the project implementation
• Over 2+ years of hands‑on involvement in developing software or services.
• Demonstrated proficiency spanning 1+ years in .NET Framework and SQL Server,
• Over 2 year of hands‑on professional practice involving JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, Phyton , - Previous experience in developing mobile & web applications Laravel
• Previous experience in developing mobile & web applications
• Experience in making AI project it’s plus
• A preference for Agile development methodologies.
• Proficient knowledge related to server-client relationships and network configuration
• Experience in DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Knowing digital framework and landscape of the project
• Good communication both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
