Job summary

DREAMBOX Group in Tangerang is seeking an Account Executive to build and maintain strong partnerships with digital clients, resolve issues, and ensure timely communications between clients and project teams.

You will support business development, lead meetings, assign tasks, and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setup near Gading Serpong. Fluency in English and stakeholder influence are essential for growth in a global industry.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and good critical thinking.
• Responsive and a good problem solver.
• Able to communicate clearly in a timely manner.
• Have the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and project team.
• Familiar with managing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Capable to lead the project team.
• Able to work hybrid system in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
