Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of infrastructure projects with defined budgets and schedules.
• Track progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions with status reports and dashboards.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication among internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
• Apply HSE knowledge on-site and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Job Purpose

Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project objectives, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business outcomes are achieved effectively and efficiently. This role focuses on Infrastructure Projects (Civil, MEP, IT Infrastructure, and applicable regulatory compliance).

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of infrastructure projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Monitoring & Control: Track project progress, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and implement effective corrective actions. Prepare project reports, status dashboards, documentation, and executive presentations. Ensure all projects are delivered within the agreed-upon scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies, quality standards, and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate communication and alignment among internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
• Technical & Safety Expertise: Apply sound knowledge of property/equipment material specifications and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) implementation on-site.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management- preferably within FMCG, F&B, manufacturing, retail, or related sectors.
• Track Record: Proven experience successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through completion.
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to be flexibly placed/relocated on-site as required during active projects.
