• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication.

Job description

The Project Manager at Vortex will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of various cross-functional projects including educational programs, marketing campaigns, operational rollouts, and event initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, an execution mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure each project is delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables across departments
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including education, content, marketing, and operations
• Lead project meetings, create status updates, and manage task distribution
• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or gaps in workflow and offer solutions
• Ensure project documentation (Gantt charts, checklists, timelines, reports) is maintained and up to date
• Track progress and outcomes using defined KPIs or success metrics
• Support in organizing internal initiatives such as training, workshops, or campaigns
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycle

What we’re looking for

Experience: Minimum 1 years managing or coordinating operational/education/event projects

Industry Background: Experience in education, social impact, marketing campaigns, or internal operations preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, Education, or related field

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)

Familiar with project tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp)

Able to manage basic reporting, documentation, and tracking
