Job summary

Vortex, a Yogyakarta-based technology and digital transformation company, seeks a Head of Marketing to drive strategy, brand growth, and lead generation. You will manage social media, digital marketing, and data analytics to make data-driven decisions from the ground up.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in marketing with leadership experience, and a background in Education and Technology industries. Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency with GA, Hootsuite, and SEMrush is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years marketing experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and leads.
• Lead social media, digital marketing, and content initiatives.
• Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize ROI.
• Build brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
