Job summary

Qualifications

About the role

The Technology Lead will play a crucial role in our progressive technology company's transition from startup to scale-up phase. This position involves leading technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and driving innovation in our educational technology solutions including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Assessment platforms, and ERP systems (ODOO-based). The role requires both strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to guide our engineering team toward excellence

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–5 years of professional experience in software development.

Proven experience leading or mentoring an engineering team.

Solid track record in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications.

Familiar with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Required technical skills:

• Docker (good understanding of containerization and orchestration)
• Cloudflare (in-depth knowledge of Workers, CDN, DNS, Load Balancing, and Security)
• Good understanding of database design, optimization, and version control (Git).
• Strong system architecture, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
• Open to feedback, collaborative, and proactive in finding solutions.
• Passionate about continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
• Able to balance innovation with practical and timely delivery.
