Job summary

PT Square Gate One / ESPAY.ID in Indonesia is seeking a Product Management / Business Analyst to gather requirements, create BRDs, and coordinate with customers and stakeholders through the full development cycle. You will design user flows, wireframes, and UI/UX using Figma, lead UAT, track progress from development to Go-Live, and ensure documentation such as BRD, FSD, and UAT reports are maintained.

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Specialist, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related field.
• Good understanding of product development and system/project implementation processes.
• Basic understanding of API and system integration.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge; ability to create and execute queries.
• Proficiency in creating structured documentation such as BRD, FSD, UAT Reports, BAST.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Specialist, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or a related field

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field

Good understanding of product development and system/project implementation processes

Basic understanding of API and system integration

Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, including the ability to create and execute queries

Able to create structured technical and product documentation such as BRD, FSD, UAT Report, BAST, and related documents

Proficient in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and basic UI/UX designs

Strong communication skills and able to effectively coordinate with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Experience working in fintech, payment gateway, e-commerce, or other technology-related industries (preferred)
