Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and targets are achieved.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including Acquisition, Implementation, Audit, Annotation, Engineering/Product, and other stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
• Track project performance and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders and maintain accountability.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across projects.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support strategic initiatives beyond collection projects, including system improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

About the Role

XDove Indonesia is looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality by coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
Projects may include large-scale collection initiatives, system and process improvements, operational optimization, and other strategic company initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can drive execution across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.

• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
