Job summary

PT Blue Carbon Indonesia is seeking an experienced Boiler Technician / Project Manager to lead boiler installation, maintenance, and commissioning across Power Plant, EPC, and maintenance projects.

The role requires 5+ years in boiler and EPC projects, strong knowledge of boiler/steam systems, and fluent English. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate with clients and engineers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in boiler, power plant, EPC, mechanical installation, or maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of Boiler & Steam Systems, piping, valves, pumps, and related mechanical equipment.
• Experience in project management and field supervision is highly preferred.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings, P&ID, technical specifications, and project documents.

Responsibilities
