Job summary

Arya Properties is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through construction, while supporting business development to ensure delivery on time and within budget. The role emphasizes coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management or related fields and demonstrates strong leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills across property and high‑end residential

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Property Development, Construction, Engineering, or related industries.
• Proven experience in business development and project execution from planning to completion.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

About you

Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Property Development, Construction, Engineering, or related industries.

Proven experience in Business Development, Property/Project Development, Project management, Construction Management, Project Scheduling, Cost Controlling, Project Progress Monitoring.

Experience managing projects from planning, construction, to completion.

Experience working from the developer/owner side is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of project scope, drawings, schedules, budgets, construction progress, and project costing.

Strong leadership, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Strong commercial and project management mindset.

Able to effectively manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Willing to conduct regular site visits and travel to project locations if needed.

Experience in property, villa, hospitality, or high-end residential development is an advantage.
