Job summary

PT. Akhdani Reka Solusi in Jakarta is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end data and AI initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers, data engineers and data scientists to deliver governance, analytics, and AI solutions on time and within budget.

The role requires strong project leadership, risk management, and the ability to align business goals with technical delivery using Agile/Scrum/Waterfall approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience leading at least 3 full-cycle projects related to data governance, application development, data science, data analytics, and/or AI.
• Experience leading or managing AI-related projects.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills in data governance, data analytics, and AI projects.
• Good understanding of AI concepts, solutions, and project implementation.
• Project management certification such as PMP or Prince2 is an advantage.
