Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 10 years as minimum of proven success managing complex projects from initiation to completion for High Voltage Substation Projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including motivation and inspiration.
• English fluency, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, focused on relationship building and collaboration.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a strategic mindset.
