Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead concep­tion through completion of complex HV substation projects in the Grid Technology division. The role demands strong leadership, English fluency, and proven experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to meet strict timelines and quality standards.

You will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage budgets while ensuring effective stakeholder communication and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 10 years as minimum of proven success managing complex projects from initiation to completion for High Voltage Substation Projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including motivation and inspiration.
• English fluency, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, focused on relationship building and collaboration.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
