Manon has successfully completed over 250 design projects across Bali and Indonesia. This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Denpasar. The Project Manager will work directly under the coordination of the Head Studio, acting as a strategic liaison between internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors. This role is responsible for ensuring design quality, project timeline control, effective field coordination, and smooth project execution from design development through construction phases.
Assist the Head Studio in supervising design quality and project implementation on site. Manage and control project timelines in accordance with established schedules and deliverables. Represent the studio in field coordination with contractors, vendors, and clients. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Identify potential project challenges and resolve field issues professionally and effectively. Prepare regular project progress reports for the Head Studio. Maintain clear, objective, and solution-oriented communication between all project stakeholders. Support coordination between design, technical, and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (S1). Experience with construction or contractor coordination is a strong advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Site Coordinator, or Project Architect. Strong understanding of architecture and interior project workflows from design development to construction phases. Experienced in coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, project specifications, and project timelines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in field conditions. Willing to conduct regular site visits and project supervision. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant project management tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
