Job summary

PT Danayasa Arthatama in Jakarta seeks a Senior Project Architect to lead design and implementation of major real estate projects. You will oversee concept through as-built drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and client vision.

The role requires strong CAD/3D rendering skills, on-site supervision, and collaboration with engineers, consultants, and authorities. English and/or Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a consultant, developer, and/or contractor.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager or senior architect.
• Experience in architectural design for high-rise and/or residential projects with on-site supervision.
• Strong proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling/rendering tools (SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion).
• Professional working proficiency in English and/or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage concept, design, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Prepare detailed design and budgets based on building codes and standards (SNI).
• Monitor projects with regular site visits to ensure plans are followed.
• Arrange progress reports, timelines, and budget realization.
• Negotiate with external providers (contractors, consultants, clients).
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and local authorities during planning and realization.
• Advise on decisions and provide leadership during project execution.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our team at PT Danayasa Arthatama, a leading property development company in Jakarta. As a Senior Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and implementation of high-profile real estate projects, ensuring they meet our clients' vision and exceed their expectations.

What you\'ll be doing

• Creating and managing concept, design, shop drawing, and as-built drawing.
• Preparing detailed design and budget based on building codes, regulations, standardized specifications and materials (SNI).
• Monitoring and ensuring projects conducted as planned, including regular site visit.
• Arranging reports, including progress report, timeline, and budget realization.
• Negotiating with external providers (contractor, consultant, client).
• Collaborating with engineers, consultants, property agents, including local authorities during project planning and realization.
• Responsible of advising and decision making during project as required.

What we\'re looking for

• Minimum Bachelor of Architecture from accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in consultant, developer, and/or contractor.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager or senior architect.
• Experienced in architectural design for high-rise and/or residential projects, including on-site supervision.
• Strong ability in operating CAD, 3D modeling and rendering (i.e., Sketchup, Lumion, Twinmotion).
• Professional working proficiency in English and/or Mandarin.
• Team player with strong problem-solving, and communication skill.
• Striving for high quality, functional, and innovative design.

Willing to be placed in projects outside of SCBD and Jakarta.
