• Background in Engineering, Management, Business or Economics is a plus
• Minimum 8 years working experience in procurement projects and/or project management
• Exposure to procurement projects, project management and project control
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong initiative and collaboration skills with stakeholders
• Able to break down general activities into detailed project timelines
• Able to control and monitor timeliness of events based on agreed timelines
• Self-driven and creative in developing strategies and ideas with limited instructions
• Exposure to multiple industries or businesses is a plus

• Create weekly and monthly work plans and procurement schedules
• Monitor and report on project progress, both physical and financial
• Manage project timelines, identify potential delays, and formulate solutions
• Prepare routine reports for management and stakeholders
• Evaluate and assess contractor performance
• Maintain project documentation including change logs, meeting minutes, and status reports
• Ensure all project documents comply with company standards and applicable construction regulations
• Support cross-functional communication and coordination between technical teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Identify project risks and design mitigation strategies

This role involves comprehensive project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and coordination across all phases of project delivery. You will work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively, managing timelines, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

Develop master project schedules with Project Manager and technical teams

Create weekly and monthly work plans and procurement schedules

Monitor and report on project progress, both physical and financial

Manage project timelines, identify potential delays, and formulate solutions

Prepare routine reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and stakeholders

Evaluate and assess contractor performance

Maintain project documentation including change logs, meeting minutes, and status reports

Ensure all project documents comply with company standards and applicable construction regulations

Support cross-functional communication and coordination between technical teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders

Identify project risks and design mitigation strategies

About you
