• Min graduated from a degree in Project Management, Information System, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with project management tools.
• Attention to detail with accurate documentation and reports.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Support the coordination of project activities, including meetings, documentation, and communication between stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, preparing reports and status updates.
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and escalating project risks and issues.
• Help maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems in accordance with company standards.
• Support the procurement process by gathering quotes, maintaining vendor lists, and assisting with purchase orders.
• Attend project meetings and take minutes, distributing notes to relevant team members.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and creating presentations.
• Liaise with team members and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in quality assurance activities and compliance verification where required

What we're looking for

Min graduated from a degree in Project Management, Information system, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with project management tools

Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation and reports

Ability to work effectively within a team environment whilst also taking initiative on assigned tasks

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills

Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is advantageous

Familiarity with IT or construction industry contexts would be beneficial
