Job summary

Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food in Jakarta Selatan offers a 6-month internship for highly motivated final-year students or fresh graduates from any major seeking practical exposure to project coordination and business administration. You will assist in preparing workshops (S/4 HANA), take meeting minutes, support reporting, and help manage scheduling, logistics, and documentation.

Strong English and proficiency in Excel, Asana, and PowerPoint are preferred; the role is office-based,

Qualifications

• Final-year students (with no remaining classes) or fresh graduates from any major.
• Preferably have experience or a strong interest in project management, business administration, or business analysis.
• Experience in project coordination, organizational activities, or related roles will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
