Job summary

PT. HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned Project Technical Lead Engineer to drive the technical engineering execution of Automation and Communication projects in Jakarta.

You will translate customer requirements into cost-effective solutions, plan and coordinate engineering tasks, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance across the full lifecycle. The role requires 10-15+ years of project engineering experience and a strong ability to manage technical risks, review

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent in electrical, automation, communication, power systems or related field.
10-15+ years of relevant project engineering experience is preferred.
Strong ability to review technical documents and coordinate with stakeholders.
Excellent communication, ownership and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical execution of Automation and Communication projects from initiation to close-out.
Act as the primary technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate engineering design activities and review project deliverables.
Support testing, commissioning, site activities, and customer acceptance processes.
