Job summary

Altius Hospital Puri Indah is seeking an Engineering Projects Assistant in Jakarta to help plan and schedule engineering initiatives, manage documentation, and support procurement activities. You will assist with cost estimation and monitor milestones while ensuring compliance with project specs.

The role involves site visits, collaboration with Quantity Surveyors, and maintaining current records to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of engineering projects, including resource allocation and timeline development.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor team in Calculate volume estimation, Unit price analysis, Bill of Quantity (BQ & RAB), Prepare Cost Estimation.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress and tracking key milestones against agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and databases to ensure all information is current and accessible.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to observe construction or installation work and report on compliance with project specifications
• Support the procurement process by gathering quotes, comparing suppliers, and assisting with vendor management
