Job summary

PT GLOBAL TOTAL SOLUSINDO seeks a Project Engineer to plan, schedule, and monitor engineering projects in Bekasi. You will coordinate with diverse teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with hands-on AutoCAD, Revit or BIM experience and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in electrical engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit or BIM.
• Experience in a similar project engineering role is required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, particularly Busduct and Panel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, monitor and coordinate assigned engineering projects.
• Prepare documentation before, during, and after projects.
• Assist in Project Execution Plan preparation and implementation.
• Coordinate with project personnel on progress, procurement and operations to meet deadlines.
• Identify client needs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Perform quality control on budgets, schedules, plans and team performance.
• Manage project issues, risks and actions.

Job description

• Prepare, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned engineering projects
• Prepare documentation before, ongoing and after project
• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan
• Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project
• Find out about clients’ needs and wants
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project’s status
• Manage project issues, risks and actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor/ Diploma degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Hands on experience with design software as AutoCAD/ Revit / BIM
• Must have experience in similar position
• Has very good knowledge in electrical special for Busduct and Panel
