Job summary

PT Trimitra Putra Mandiri is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (Civil Coordinator) to coordinate and oversee on-site civil works, prepare technical presentations, and manage project documentation from planning to completion, including as-built drawings.

The role requires strong technical and coordination skills and the ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, with a focus on Data Centre projects and AutoCAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in civil works or construction projects.
• Active English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in Data Centre construction projects is mandatory.
• Strong capability in preparing and calculating BoQ from drawings.
• Proficient in preparing as-built drawings.
• Able to prepare and conduct technical presentations clearly and professionally.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); experience with additional supporting software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, construction methods, and civil engineering standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under targets and deadlines.
• Has professional experience as a contractor is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the execution of civil works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations related to civil works to management, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and calculate Bills of Quantity (BoQ) based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop, update, and finalize as-built drawings reflecting actual site conditions.
• Coordinate closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other related parties.
• Identify potential technical issues or construction challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare and submit periodic progress reports on civil works implementation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, methods of construction, and quality requirements.
