Job summary

Sewu Segar Nusantara (Gunung Sewu Group) is seeking a Project Engineering Lead for our civil and structural team in Tangerang, Banten. The role oversees engineering projects from planning through completion, coordinating site activities, and managing contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, site supervision, or construction management.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors/vendors is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and SketchUp; able to prepare RAB, BoQ, and technical specs.
• Good understanding of Civil & MEP; HVAC and refrigeration knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project execution and monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule.
• Prepare and review drawings, BoQ, quantity take-off, and cost estimates (RAB).
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Supervise civil, MEP, HVAC, refrigeration, and warehouse works; support commissioning and handover.
• Evaluate contractor and vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
