Job summary

TRIPATRA is hiring for a Project Based - Project Engineering role. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure deliverables are completed safely, on time, within budget.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, handling TQs and changes, coordinating interfaces among Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Operations, and supporting project controls and risk management during construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in engineering/project execution, preferably in EPC/EPCI projects within oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of engineering coordination, multidisciplinary integration, contractor management, interface management, and project controls.

• Strong knowledge of engineering coordination, multidisciplinary integration, contractor management, interface management, and project controls.
• Familiarity with technical query management, engineering change management, and engineering risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
