Job summary

Ennovi Group in Indonesia seeks a Project Engineer to join our Industrial Business Segment. You will plan, coordinate and execute engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with standards and customer requirements.

The role requires a D3 in Mechanical and at least 3 years in project or process engineering, with strong coordination, communication in English and Bahasa, and experience in manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 (D3) in Mechanical or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years’ experience in project engineering or process engineering.
• Good English and Bahasa, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the new & transfer project, modifications and process qualification.
• Coordinate project activities and resources.
• Follow up of approvals after testing and handover jobs to respective department for mass production.
• Monitor project progress and escalate or resolve issues.
• Support project team on new process RFQ’s and cost & capacity estimation.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Prepare and present project review reports and documentation.
• Prepare Engineering Document Control Plan, FMEA and related documents.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in the Industrial Business Segment.

This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from concept to completion. This role ensures that all technical aspects of a project are aligned with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

About the Business Segment

Ennovi’s Industrial segment powers automation, robotics, and energy storage systems enabling OEMs to achieve AI-powered manufacturing for Industry 4.0.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and Execute the new & transfer project, modifications and process qualification
• Coordinate project activities and resources.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma 3 (D3) in Mechanical or Equivalent Min. 3 years’ experience Knowledge in Project engineering or Process Engineering.
• Computer literacy and good leadership skills Good English & Bahasa knowledge - both oral and written.
• Experience in automotive, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, Process knowledge.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good communication in English an advantage.
