Job summary

Ennovi is seeking an IPQC Engineer to monitor, analyze, and improve product quality during the manufacturing process. You will perform real-time inspection, data collection, root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in quality roles with leadership of large teams.
• Knowledge and certification as an Auditor for IATF 16949/ISO 9001/14001.
• Knowledge and understanding of Quality System management and Process Audit.
• Strong analytical and report writing skills.
• Knowledge of 8D, SPC, MSA/GRR, FMEA; Six Sigma training is a plus.
• Able to interpret technical drawings; GD&T knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run In-Process Quality control to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and Tooling to support KPI targets (productivity, efficiency, scrap costs).
• Manage measuring equipment and ensure calibration and maintenance.
• Capture and act on feedback from customers and internal process owners.
• Track field returns with process owners for quality resolution.
• Manage CoPQ of stamping operations and monitor scrap costs.
• Oversee internal QMS (Document Control) for HPES commodity and liaise with Doc Con center to maintain ISO standards.
• Drive internal audits and manage audit schedules and corrective actions.
• Provide daily operations support and weekly/monthly management reports.
• Assist customer visits and audits with relevant information.

Job Summary

The IPQC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the quality of products during the manufacturing process. This includes real-time inspection, data collection, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Running the In-Process Quality control to ensure the products are meeting customer requirements.
• Ensure the In-Process operation is meeting the Production needs to support requirements made by Planning Dept and work together with 1) Production and Tooling dept to achieve common cross function dept KPI target (productivity, efficiency, scrap cost control, etc)
• Responsible to all of measuring machines, equipment, and other supporting measuring tools and ensure all are working and maintain properly.
• Responsible for managing the feedback from internal and external customers and working with related process owners for part quality resolution.
• Responsible for tracking and driving field returns units with process owners related to secondary process quality issues.
• Responsible to manage CoPQ of Stamping operation to meet the KPI target and work with respective process owners on the scrap cost monitoring.
• Responsible for managing internal QMS (Document Control) of HPES commodity and working with Doc Con center to maintain ISO standard.
• Responsible for driving the internal regular PIA and SCA (Internal Process and Contamination Audit) and managing internal team for audit schedule and follow up closure items.
• Responsible for Daily support to run operational and provide Weekly and Monthly report submission to management.
• Support for Customer regular visit / audit preparation following the customer window’s information.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in quality roles with overseeing the big groups and experience in QMS responsibility is added advantage
• Knowledge and certification as an Auditor for IATF 16949/ISO 9001/14001.
• Knowledge and understanding on how to manage for Quality System and Process Audit.
• Possess strong analytical and report writing skills.
• Knowledge of 8D methodology; statistical tools such as cause-and-effect analysis, SPC, MSA/GRR, FMEA & QC tools and six sigma trained will be added advantage.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and knowledge in GDT is added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible person with Flexibility in term of working hours and should be able to work under certain levels of pressure.
