Job summary

Ennovi seeks a Project Engineer to join its Industrial Business Segment. The role involves planning, coordinating and executing engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with standards, customer needs, and regulatory guidelines.

You will work on automation, robotics and energy storage systems, liaising with clients and internal teams to drive project success and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years' experience.
• Experience in project engineering or process engineering.
• Good command of English and Bahasa, written and spoken.
• Experience in automotive, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and Execute the new & transfer project, modifications and process qualification
• Coordinate project activities and resources
• Follow up approvals after testing and handover to mass production
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues
• Support project team on RFQ, cost & capacity estimation
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Prepare and present project review reports and documentation
• Prepare Engineering Document Control Plan, FMEA and related documents
