Job summary

PT TRACON INDUSTRI is a leading engineering and industrial plant services provider in Indonesia. We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and cash flow, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and prepare performance reports for management. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering and at least 3 years in project control, with proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project control.
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Familiar with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
