Job summary

GE Vernova di Jakarta mencari koordinator proyek yang bertugas merencanakan, mengeksekusi, memantau, dan menyampaikan proyek sesuai ruang lingkup, jadwal, kualitas, dan anggaran. Peran ini menuntut koordinasi dengan tim lintas fungsi, manajemen risiko, komunikasi pelanggan, dan penyelesaian tantangan proyek secara tepat waktu.

Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di proyek teknik/manufaktur serta kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik sangat dibutuhkan.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang teknik terkait.
• Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di manajemen proyek, terutama di industri teknik/manufaktur.
• Pengalaman mengelola proyek dari penerimaan pesanan hingga delivery & customer acceptance.
• Keterampilan perencanaan proyek, pengendalian biaya, manajemen risiko, dan problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Merencanakan, mengeksekusi, memantau, dan berhasil menyampaikan proyek sesuai lingkup, jadwal, kualitas, dan anggaran.
• Often coordinating cross-functional teams dan stakeholders, mengelola risiko/isu, serta menjaga komunikasi dengan pelanggan.
• Menguasai Excel dan PowerPoint; manfaatkan alat manajemen proyek untuk pelaporan.

Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within the agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders, managing project risks and issues, ensuring effective customer communication, and driving timely resolution of project challenges.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, electrical equipment, power systems, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in managing projects from order intake through delivery, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of project execution, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, testing, logistics, and customer requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and interact effectively with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, factories, and project locations as required.
