Job summary

PT GLOBAL TOTAL SOLUSINDO is seeking a Project Coordinator for engineering projects in Bekasi. You will prepare and schedule activities, monitor progress, and coordinate with procurement and operations to ensure timely delivery.

You will assist in developing the Project Execution Plan, document control, and client requirement gathering. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership are essential, with experience in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Bachelor/Diploma in electrical engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM.
• Strong knowledge in electrical aspects of busduct and panel systems.
• Teamworking ability and good communication.
• Problem-solving skills and attitude; leadership and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, monitor and coordinate assigned engineering projects.
• Prepare documentation before, during, and after projects.
• Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan.
• Coordinate with project personnel on day-to-day progress, procurement and operations for timely completion.
• Identify client needs and requirements.
• Perform quality control on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance; report status.

Job description

Prepare, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned engineering projects

Prepare documentation before, ongoing and after project

Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan

Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project

Requirements:

Must have experience in similar position min. 2 years

Bachelor/ Diploma degree in electrical engineering or a related field

Hands on experience with design software as AutoCAD/ Revit / BIM
