Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kota Magelang for a Progress Advisor. The Progress Advisor will be responsible for communicating the students' progress to their parents, providing information about English 1 programs, and guiding them through their journey in English 1. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations to determine students’ English learning needs, delivering excellent customer service, supporting enrollment targets, and maintaining accurate student records. The role will also involve collaboration with the marketing team to maximize outreach and engagement.
