• Proactive problem solving: Address concerns early and smoothly resolve learning or scheduling issues.
• Drive growth & retention: Encourage course renewals and parent referrals through warm, personalized support.
• Track & monitor insights: Keep an eye on progress data to flag early signs of student disengagement and intervene thoughtfully.
