Job summary

Save the Children Indonesia seeks a Programme Operations and Delivery Support to assist in monitoring programme delivery, reporting, and data quality. You will help bridge Country Office and Area/Field Offices, support PRIME adoption, and coordinate end-user training and ongoing system improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, maintaining action trackers, and ensuring timely execution of Programme Operations priorities in a dynamic humanitarian context.

Qualifications

• University degree in international development or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in programme operations or coordination.
• Experience supporting organisational systems and data quality.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data for decision-making.
• Experience coordinating across functions and following up actions.
• Ability to train and support users with varying tech confidence.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Specialist in monitoring programme delivery and KPIs.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly operations reviews and reports.
• Follow up actions with Area/Field Offices and Programme Managers.
• Assist in portfolio, operational and risk analyses.
• Bridge Country Office and Area/Field Office Operations teams for information flow.
• Support PRIME adoption and related project-management standards.
• Maintain PRIME data quality checks and project records.
• Provide end-user training and targeted coaching for Programme Managers and MEAL staff.
• Coordinate routine system updates and user access changes.
• Capture feedback to suggest improvements to PRIME processes.
• Maintain an action tracker for PRIME issues with owners and deadlines.
• Collaborate to share operational good practices across the Country Office.
