Job summary

Save the Children is seeking a Programme Operations Coordinator based in Borno to strengthen programme operations across BAY states. The role collaborates with Programme Managers, MEAL, Awards and Operations teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality implementation, reporting, and data management in humanitarian programs.

The post requires strong coordination, reporting, and start-up support, with a focus on knowledge management and capacity-building for staff and partners.

Qualifications

• University degree in related discipline.
• Three years’ experience working with an NGO in a humanitarian setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Awards Management, program, and MEAL teams to ensure on-time, reviewed humanitarian project reports.
• Support field teams on report writing and donor-level writing capacity building.
• Ensure timely escalation of program-related concerns to DDPO-H and TAs.
