Job summary

Save the Children International in Cairo seeks a Health Program Manager to provide strategic leadership, technical oversight, and operational management of multiple health projects. You will lead complex, multi-donor portfolios across governorates, ensuring high-quality health, nutrition, WASH, and health systems strengthening interventions for children and communities.

Qualifications

Bachelor level medical degree or health-related discipline is required.
Postgraduate qualification in Public Health or relevant health specialty is highly desirable.
Experience managing health projects with NGOs, including multi-donor portfolios.
End-to-end project management experience: design, budgeting, implementation, M&E and reporting.
Proven ability to coordinate with government, partners and donors; compliance with donor requirements.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for health projects across assigned governorates.
Manage multi-donor grants and ensure donor reporting meets SCI standards.
Oversee budgeting, planning, and implementation of Detailed Implementation Plans (DIPs) and IPTTs.
Strengthen MEAL tools, monitoring of project indicators, and learning reviews.
Build capacity of staff and partners; ensure program quality and risk management.
Represent SCI to authorities and coordination bodies; promote integrated programming.
