Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, Social Sciences, or Communication.
• 1–2 years in project management or operations with field coordinators or large teams.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing large-scale data.
• Strong ability to drive results through others and manage high-pressure national targets.
• Professional verbal and written skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
• Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Deep interest in digital literacy and high empathy for underserved communities.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and quality audits across various regions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all program activities meet established standards and deliver intended outcomes
• Oversee implementation to ensure activities are executed according to approved plans, timelines, and budgets
• Address operational challenges and provide strategic direction to overcome field-level issues
• Consolidate and manage program data, including performance metrics and administrative records across regions
• Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure all field documentation meets administrative requirements and program guidelines for auditing purposes
• Prepare regular reports summarizing progress, outcomes, and key insights for stakeholders
• Identify and document compelling success stories or case studies that highlight program impact
• Support coordination and relationship management with key stakeholders, partners, and local authorities
