Job summary

Abbott in Surabaya, Indonesia is seeking a Professional Medical Representative to drive sales in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities and expanding both new and existing business.

You will engage with hospitals, specialist physicians, pharmacists and procurement teams; conduct effective sales calls, maintain customer records, develop key hospital accounts, and support formulary listing and tender activities with Market Access and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medical, or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experienced working with hospitals and specialists.
• Experience in biosimilars, oncology, orthopedy, rheumatology, immunology, hematology, or specialty care is preferred.
• Strong track record in sales achievement and account management.
• Good communication, relationship-building, and computer literacy skills.

As the Professional Medical Representative, you will be responsible for assuring consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining and growing existing business.
