Job summary

Abbott in Surabaya, Indonesia is seeking a Professional Medical Representative to drive biosimilars sales across hospital accounts and specialist clinics.

You will build relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and procurement committees, conduct calls, support formulary activities, and monitor market trends to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medical, or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience with hospitals and specialists is preferred.
• Familiarity with biosimilars, oncology, orthopedics, rheumatology, immunology, hematology, or specialty care is a plus.

• Achieve sales targets and maximize hospital coverage.
• Conduct effective sales calls and maintain customer records.
• Build and maintain relationships with specialist physicians, hospital pharmacists, procurement/formulary committees, and KOLs.
• Develop key hospital accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Support formulary listing and tender activities with Market Access and Sales teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure company strategies and compliance standards are consistently implemented.
