Abbott in Surabaya, Indonesia, is seeking a Professional Medical Representative to drive sales growth in the Biosimilars team. The role focuses on hospitals, specialists, and procurement committees to expand business and secure formulary listings.

The candidate will maintain strong client relationships, conduct targeted calls, and provide market intelligence while adhering to Abbott's compliance standards. This position is based in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medical, or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience working with hospitals and specialists. Biosimilars, oncology, orthopedics, rheumatology, immunology, hematology, or specialty care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets and maximize hospital coverage.
• Conduct effective sales calls and maintain customer records.
• Build and maintain relationships with specialist physicians, hospital pharmacists, procurement/formulary committees, and KOLs.
• Develop key hospital accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Support formulary listing and tender activities with Market Access and Sales teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence.
