United Overseas Bank Indonesia invites ambitious fresh graduates to join the Professional Bankers Program. Over 12 months, you will rotate across core corporate functions and work on strategic projects with real impact, presenting results to senior management.

We seek candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.00/4.00 or higher, are fluent in English, and eager to learn across risk, compliance, finance, and consumer banking.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with GPA 3.00/4.00 preferred in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, and Science
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferable
• Demonstrate good business acumen, analytical thinking and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Rotated across segments in corporate function divisions to learn key aspects of the business
• Given strategic projects with significant impact and present to Senior Management

Job Description

ComplianceOver these 12 months, you will also be rotated to various segments in corporate function divisions, where you will learn about key aspects of our business. In each rotation, you will be given strategic projects that have significant impact for the bank and present them to our Senior Management.

• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 preferably in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, and Science
• Fresh graduate or having work experience maximum of 2 years
• Demonstrate the following qualities: good business acumen, analytical thinking, problem solving, good communication / interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable
