Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Business Unit Leader (Production Supervisor) to lead the production team in our West Java facility. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost while coaching a high-performing workforce and ensuring reliable operations.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering, 3–5 years in people management in manufacturing, strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of experience in people management, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in performance management (attendance, productivity, skill development, talent management).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and positively influence teams.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration (production, maintenance, quality, CI teams).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
