Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Business Unit Leader (Production Supervisor) to steer the Production Department toward safety, quality, and cost targets. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently, and with ownership across SMQDC metrics.

The role requires 3–5 years of people management experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of experience in people management, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in performance management (attendance, productivity, skill development, talent management).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and positively influence teams.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration (production, maintenance, quality, CI teams).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
