Job summary

CFU Technology Indonesia is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee manufacturing operations in Cikarang, West Java. The role requires at least 2 years in a production leadership position within electronics or related industries and fluency in English. Mandarin is a plus.

You will manage production plans, materials, and personnel, and supervise 5S and safety initiatives. The position involves day and night shifts, with on-site responsibilities and leadership of a 51-100 person manufacturing

• Fluent in English (Mandarin a plus).
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
• Able to work in Day & Night shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Implement the production plan, arrange production materials and personnel, follow up production progress and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure operators strictly follow SOPs, promptly feedback abnormalities.
• Maintain a clean and orderly production environment, guide and participate in 5S activities.
• Responsible for personnel training, morale improvement and safety of people and property.

Able to join ASAP.

Excellent leadership with analytical and problem solving skill.

Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

Proficient in Ms. Office.

Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).

Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java.

Able to work in Shift work schedule (Day & Night).
