First Union Capital is seeking a seasoned Production/Factory Manager to lead the Indonesian plant. You will oversee daily operations, craft production and business plans, and optimize resources to ensure stable capacity and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities include establishing vape production processes, implementing lean and 5S, maintaining quality, and controlling costs across production, materials, and labor while ensuring compliance with local laws and environmental policies.
1. Oversee daily factory operation, formulate production & business plans, optimize resource allocation and production processes to ensure stable capacity and on-time delivery.
2. Establish vape production process and quality control system, implement lean production & 5S management, resolve production abnormalities, and stabilize product yield and quality.
3. Control production, material and labor costs, implement cost reduction & efficiency improvement plans, optimize supply chain and inventory to boost factory profitability.
4. Comply with Indonesian labor, safety, environmental and tax policies; manage production safety and equipment operation; handle government and third-party liaison to ensure full legal compliance.
5. Manage recruitment, training and performance of Chinese and local Indonesian teams, implement cross-cultural management, and build a stable and efficient workforce.
6. Manage equipment maintenance, support new product mass production and process iteration, and improve factory production flexibility and efficiency.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Electronic Manufacturing or related fields, able to work long-term in Indonesia.
2. 10+ years production management experience in vape/consumer electronics/precision manufacturing; 5+ years overall overseas factory management experience; Indonesian factory experience is highly preferred.
3. Familiar with full vape mass production procedures, process standards and quality systems, with solid experience in new factory setup, capacity ramp-up and local compliance operation.
4. Proficient in lean production, on-site management and cost control; familiar with Indonesian local policies; excellent in overall planning, communication and crisis handling with high stress tolerance.
5. Candidates with Indonesian or Malay language skills are preferred.
6. Recognize overseas corporate culture and be willing for long-term overseas assignment.
