Job summary

Diageo’s Bali site seeks a Production Worker - Engineering Supervisor to lead maintenance and asset care across production and utility systems. You will ensure safety, quality, and reliability while coordinating with engineering, operations and maintenance teams to meet targets.

The role requires strong leadership, mechanical/electrical/instrument knowledge, SAP experience, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership per DIAGEO standards.
• Knowledge of machinery, mechanical, electrical or instrument parts, or ability to learn.
• Instrumentation, process control and utility/facility systems management.
• Positive and flexible to change.
• Team work with good communication.
• Challenge poor team behaviours and adherence to standards.
• Reliability and maintenance engineering experience.
• Engineering background with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate.
• Experience using SAP system.
• Lean Manufacturing / TPM and Energy Management.
• Experience in utilities and facility maintenance.
• Experience implementing Asset Care, TPM or MMS programs.
• 5+ years in mechanical, electrical/instrument roles.
• Able to lead or work in cross-functional teams.
• Able to work across cultures and languages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance per approved maintenance plans (ZPMM, ZPMS, ZPMR).
• Ensure OT availability of production, utilities and facilities meets targets.
• Reduce unplanned equipment downtime.
• Ensure utility systems meet production demand and service requirements.
• Achieve maintenance planning and scheduling KPIs.
• Control maintenance costs within budget.
• Deploy MMS Asset Care effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and manage technicians.
